What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?  The ability to build relationship easily.  I treat everyone as I would want to be treated, with honesty, integrity, and compassion.  I grew up traveling the world and I've lived in many different countries and cultures which I believe have allowed me to build relationships.  Customers can tell immediately if you are sincere about helping them.

What is the definition of success for you, personally and professionally? I have always defined success through my family, not by job title or income. Instilling integrity, character, honesty, empathy when working with anyone was important.  Always helping others.  Doing the right thing.  My family is very close and at the end of the day, they know - and have been raised in - a supporting loving family that is always there for each other.

Outside of work/profession, do you have skills or talents that most people do not know about?  At one time I was in the US Air Force and handled sensitive, highly classified information from around the world and presented briefings to air crews that got them to their target and back safely.  I also was a martial arts instructor in Kenpo and earned my Black Belt in Taiwan where I graduated high school.

What are some causes you care about?

[There are] so many needs in our community but I've had a passion for those causes around children and women in need as a result of abusive relationships.
