Say Cheers to These Tasty Drinks

Celebrating dry January? Or just prefer non-alcoholic drinks? We reached out to some of our favorite locales for their top mocktail recipes.

1.5 oz. POG Syrup

.75 oz. Christmas Spice Syrup

2 oz. Pineapple Juice

.25 oz. Citric Acid

Egg White

Ginger Beer

Mix all ingredients together. Shake until chilled. Double strain into a Nick & Nora.

French 75

2 oz. Seedlip Grove 42 (a distilled non-alcoholic spirit) 

.5 oz. Agave Nectar 

.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a coupe or champagne glass. Top with sparkling apple cider and garnish with a lemon twist. 

Atomized Cinnamon Tea

2 oz. Homemade Non-alcoholic Gin

.75 oz. Honey-Apple Spice Syrup

.25 oz. Ginger Syrup

.5 oz. Yuzu

.5 oz. Orange Juice

.5 oz. Grapefruit

Fresh Mint, For Garnish

Smoked Cinnamon Stick, for Garnish

Dehydrated Lemon Wheel, for Garnish

Honey-apple spice syrup: Cut up fresh apples, some cloves, cinnamon sticks, and a couple star anise. Sous vide at 125° for 45 min. Strain. Add equal parts sugar and water by weight. Honey to taste.

Put all ingredients into a shaker, shake for 15-20 seconds. Pour over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with fresh mint, smoked cinnamon stick, and dehydrated lemon wheel.

Club Soda or Sparkling Water

2 Strawberries, Quartered and Stem Removed

1 oz. Simple Syrup

.75 oz. Lemon Juice

.25 oz. Orange Juice 

1 Egg White

Sliced Strawberry & Thyme Sprig for Garnish

Muddle strawberries in a shaker. Combine remaining ingredients, except for club soda, and dry shake (without ice) for 5-10 seconds to incorporate. Add ice and shake until well chilled, 10-15 seconds. Double strain into a Collins glass, fill with ice, and top with club soda. Garnish with a strawberry slice, and serve with a straw.
