“I would recommend a nice full-bodied cabernet; Frank Family from Calistoga, California, or a Stag's Leap Artemis of Napa Valley. We have great pinot noir offerings that pair well with all our prime cuts of beef as well as our lamb chops and some fish dishes as well. A few selections I’d recommend would be Belle Glos 'Clark & Telephone' from California or Archery Summit 'Dundee Hills' from Oregon."
