Meet the Publisher

“Our publication aims to connect the residents to the people, places, and things that make our city special.”

An Oklahoma native and mother of two, Andrea found her way into the Hoosier state when she and her husband decided to return to his hometown. Raising two young children during all the twists, turns, ups, and downs these past three years was the perfect reminder from life to embrace who and what we cherish most. Life has a way of pulling us in many directions, but for Andrea and her husband, it pulled them closer to family.

After moving to Indiana in 2021, Andrea quickly realized Carmel is a wonderful place to live, work, play and visit. So, when she was approached by City Lifestyle magazine’s headquarters to become their first Indiana publisher, it only took one conversation to realize this was the perfect opportunity to blend her professional skills and personal passions. As an entrepreneur with an artist’s heart, she was thrilled to take her journalism experience and apply it to develop a publication focused on this amazing community. Andrea says, “We are inspired by the unique atmosphere our city has, and we want to highlight the most positive aspects of living here.”
