Clayton Doering, a creative bartender at Rocco's At The Brick in Newtown, generously shared this recipe for one of his personal cocktail concoctions. There IS a story behind this drink, which he fondly named 'The Meeting.' However, Clayton says, with a wide grin, to hear that story, one must come ask him in person!

Ingredients
1 ounce Hornitos Reposado Tequila
1 ounce Blanco Tequila
0.5 ounce St~Germain Liqueur
0.5 ounce fresh, pink grapefruit juice
Fresh lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in chilled shaker. Shake well, like playing maracas. Strain and pour into rocks glass with two cubes of ice, if desired. Squeeze the juice of lemon wedge overtop and garnish with lemon peel.
