Jill Schildhouse—also known as The Global Glutton—caught an insatiable case of wanderlust while working as editor-in-chief of AAA Arizona's travel magazine in 2011. She has since visited 36 countries and 32 states, and some of her favorite experiences include exploring Ireland’s countryside with her father, making pasta in Italy, snorkeling in Fiji, and cruising the fjords of Norway.
