Michel Arnette Debuts Modern Coastal Restaurant Brookhaven

With over two decades of success in Brookhaven with his restaurants Haven, Valenza, Vero and Arnette's Chop Shop, restaurateur Michel Arnette decided it was time to add a modern coastal seafood restaurant to the neighborhood.

Located next to Arnette's Chop Shop, Arnette dreamed up Siren’s concept for several years, and the result reflects his vision of creating a fresh dining destination centered around wood-fired seafood, pristine ingredients and warm hospitality.

"Every restaurant we open starts with the same goal: creating a place people want to come back to," says Arnette. "With Siren, we're excited to bring something new to Brookhaven, a fresh take on coastal cuisine paired with the kind of hospitality that makes people feel at home. We hope Siren becomes a place where friends and families celebrate and create memories while continuing to make Brookhaven an even more exciting dining destination."

The restaurant's menu is led by Co-Executive Chefs Stephen Herman and Matt Swickerath, whose experience cooking over live fire shapes Siren's culinary identity. Guests can expect oysters, crudos, whole fish and seasonal vegetables prepared with restraint, allowing the quality of each ingredient to shine.

"Wood-fire cooking brings out the best in great seafood," Arnette says. "Our chefs have spent years refining that technique, and the goal is to let exceptional ingredients speak for themselves through simple, thoughtful preparation."

Designed for everything from date nights to lively evenings with friends, Siren pairs its coastal menu with an energetic dining room featuring bold contemporary artwork, a dramatic installation of Tom Dixon Melt pendants and a striking illuminated bubble wall behind the bar. Sommelier Andrew LeClair's wine list and a cocktail program built around fresh, seasonal ingredients complete the experience.

For Arnette, however, the restaurant's foundation goes beyond the food.

"Hospitality has always been at the heart of everything we do," he says. "It starts with taking care of our team, because when people genuinely care for one another, guests can feel it. That's what keeps people coming back, and that's the culture we want Siren to be known for."
