Brunch with your girlfriends is always a good idea. But when you add a mimosa bar to the mix? Pure magic. With just a little creativity and a few simple ingredients, you can easily elevate your next brunch with a mimosa bar. So gather your gal pals, mix in some bubbly, and toast to making unforgettable memories!

Pick the Right Bubbles
For a classic mimosa, reach for a dry champagne or prosecco. To add something a little different, try including a sparkling rosé to add a beautiful hue and fruity notes to your brunch cocktails.

Keep It Fresh With a Variety of Juices
Sure, orange juice is the traditional choice, so it’s practically required as an option. But also think outside the box for more creative options. Some of my favorite ideas: pineapple, grapefruit, cranberry, and mango.

Top It Off With Fun Garnishes
You can’t go wrong with fresh fruit, à la orange slices, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or pineapple wedges. For a refreshing twist, offer herbs and punchy flavors too. Fresh mint or basil adds an aromatic touch, while edible flowers, flavored sugar or salt rims, and a splash of flavored syrups make each sip memorable.
