What can customers expect when visiting MiYOs?
When Donna and Gary bought MiYos they utilized a lifelong background in food and wine, and focused on growing a special place for the community. Gary said “We put Love into everything on the menu. We knew that if we treated the people right, serve them good food and give them good service that they would be back”. Donna said “I wanted to make this into a place where people feel at home. That’s why Shelly is such an integral part. She is our front person and remembers everyone’s name. Employees are multi-generational and have worked here for years.”
What do you love most about owning a small business in Castle Rock?
The support felt by the community, especially in a year like 2020, has blown them away. Donna says “COVID has taught me that we have the most phenomenal customers. We feel acknowledged and we really appreciate it.” MiYOs has been no exception to the hard hits the restaurant industry has endured. They vow to keep providing favorite meals and friendly service as a thank you to the overwhelming support they feel even if it isn’t business as usual.
