A New Year & New Times Bring New Necessities

Be At Home With Enfort

Enfort Homes is a boutique real estate developer based in Kirkland WA, known for building stunning new homes in the 1 to 5 million dollar price range.

Their expert combination of show-stopping designs and superior construction quality is propelling this team of 9 into a fast-growing construction powerhouse. Locally rooted, owners Greg and Gina Lynch live in Kirkland with their three young sons.

The Nolan is Enfort Homes’ latest project. It sold to one of multiple offers before the finished product was even listed!

Designed as a “coastal craftsman” this home is a unique blend of Pacific Northwest lodge and cape cod styles. Tucked in the serene Everest neighborhood, it is walkable to Houghton’s abundant dining options and parks. The home features bold geometric patterns and pops of timeless color, set against a neutral backdrop. This timeless, yet cutting-edge look is a staple of Enfort Homes’ premium new homes.

Millwork galore! This bright family room is drenched in natural light thanks to the full length windows surrounding the fireplace. Designed to replicate popular hand-painted cement tiles, the fireplace tile offers the same aesthetic in a low maintenance, durable porcelain. The European Oak hardwoods are 6” wide engineered planks, hand sculpted for detail. Chrome lighting adds sophistication without overly dominating the room. Subtle mint color details pull the room together seamlessly!

With proper color blocking, even a refrigerator can look like a  furniture piece! We used Sherwin Williams’ aptly named, “Moody Blue”. The appliance package includes top tier Wolf  and Subzero. Oversized pendant lighting commands attention  while the clear glass shades keep the room feeling open. We  installed an extra large 54” custom range hood over the 48”  Wolf range for extra wow-factor. We didn't skimp on hardware here. Each drawer and door is sized uniquely to one of five  different pulls used in this room! If you look closely, you can  see a command station desk on the far end of the kitchen, a  feature greatly appreciated by many of our buyers!

The great room forms an L-Shape around the covered outdoor living space, giving the feeling of a seamless indoor/outdoor gathering space. Heaters, mood lighting and speakers complete the outdoor space. As a bonus, the upper deck off the master is weight engineered for a hot tub/spa!
