In a world that urges us to go faster, be more and do it all—it’s rare to find a moment that invites pause, reflection and realignment. Yet each year, S.H.E. Week offers exactly that: a space not only to gather, but to grow. Now in its seventh year, S.H.E. Week 2025 builds on a powerful legacy of connection and courage—this time with a theme that propels us forward: Momentum.

Organized by the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, S.H.E. Week (August 4–8, 2025) is more than a conference—it’s a curated experience designed to spark meaningful progress in the lives of women across industries, backgrounds and stages of life. From inspiring keynotes to powerful conversations and new connections, every moment is designed to spark ideas, build confidence and propel you forward with purpose.

This year’s programming kicks off with an energizing conference day, featuring powerhouse speakers like Nicole Sherry, Senior Director of Field Operations for the Baltimore Orioles and Amy DeLouise, award-winning multimedia expert and founder of #GALSNGEAR.

Midweek brings S.H.E. Pitch—a live business competition where finalists present their ideas for a chance to win over $10,000 in prizes, plus the People’s Choice Award.

The week closes with the SHERO Awards and Networking Night, celebrating those who exemplify Strength, Heart and Equality. It’s an unforgettable evening that sends you home inspired and ready to move forward.

To make the most of the week, the Chamber's Women in Business Committee offers five simple tips:

1. Come with Intention + Curiosity
Know your “why” for attending. Ask: What does momentum look like for me right now? Bring a strategic mindset, but stay open to surprises—you never know what (or who) might inspire your next move.

2. Pack with Purpose
Bring a planner or notebook for capturing insights, business cards for meaningful connections and anything else that helps you stay grounded and present.

3. Engage with Heart
S.H.E. Week is built on strength, heart and equality. Come ready to cheer others on, share vulnerability and celebrate. The energy in the room is part of the magic.

4. Say Yes to the Unexpected
Growth often comes from surprising places. Ask a question, tell your story, try something new. Stepping outside your comfort zone is part of building momentum.

5. Make Space to Reflect + Act
The week doesn’t end when the event does. Block time to process what you’ve heard. Revisit notes, follow up with new friends and take your next step forward—whatever that may be.

Whether it’s your first S.H.E. Week or your seventh—this is your starting line.

Let’s keep moving—together.
