The Twin Creeks Ladies Golf Association is a dynamic group of women, from their 20s to 70s, who share a love for the sport. Between March and November, they host two monthly events, mixing up formats with scrambles, best ball, par-3 challenges, and more to keep the competition engaging.
Now serving as the TCLGA president, Kelley Donelin first picked up a club at Twin Creeks in 2017. She convinced friends to join her rain or shine, earned Most Improved Player in 2021, and was welcomed with open arms into the LGA.
“During events, there’s plenty of cheering, some inevitable ball-hunting, and lots of celebrating—especially at the post-round gatherings where we hand out fun awards over food and drinks,” says Donelin.
The TCLGA friendships are just as rewarding as the game itself, with members cheering on one another for skill breakthroughs, personal bests, and life’s milestone moments. This October, Donelin is excited to see fresh faces at their first-ever Member/Guest Tournament.
“I love the way this group supports and encourages each other, both on and off the course,” says Donelin. “They lift you up when you need it most and celebrate every victory, big or small.”
