Perfect Patios for Enjoying Craft Cocktails in The Woodlands

Perfect patio season is upon us. As fall sets in and the temperatures drop, here are a few local spots to unwind outdoors with a craft cocktail.

Head to Hearsay on The Waterway, a gastro lounge offering a chic antique ambience, laid-back vibe and a covered patio with sweeping views of the waterway. Good for lunch or pre-event dining, Hearsay offers an eclectic American cuisine with custom cocktails inspired by the Prohibition era. Try their Bacon Maple Manhattan or King Henry, paired with a shareable Texas Charcuterie Board.

Rose Rooftop is a newcomer to The Woodlands. Having taken over the space above Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, Rose Rooftop has the best 360-degree treetop views of The Woodlands Waterway. Enjoy a classic cocktail while dining al fresco on their wraparound patio, or rent a rooftop cabana complete with bottle service. If the temperatures drop too low, the rooftop also has a fire pit and heaters.

Located in the center of Market Street, Cru’s patio is a great place to relax after a shopping spree and indulge in wines from around the world. Try their expertly paired wine flights, or opt for a bottle of vino. Their goat cheese beignets are the perfect combination of earthy and sweet, which nicely complements any glass of wine.

Nestled in the heart of Hughes Landing, Local Pour’s outdoor patio is one of the largest in The Woodlands. Try their Ruby Sipper, voted best cocktail in The Woodlands at the 2021 Taste of the Town, or sample one of the many locally brewed beers that are in rotation on their draft tap wall.
