About:
Natasha Stoneking's (aka Nashville Tash) happiness is contagious. Perhaps that's why she just knew she needed to start a blog called Hello Happiness. The Native Nashvillian started it as a side hustle and fuel for her creativity. Fourteen years in the influencer space and content creation realm, it has evolved in to snapshots of her life, touching on everything from fitness and food to parenting and style. While Natasha says "it's been fun to evolve" and loves being "multi-dimensional," she knows she's "got to pick a lane." She brainstorms with other influencer friends that live in Houston and Atlanta including @hauteandhumid and @laurenlefevre and recently launched two new fashion and accessories collections of her own with pops of bright colors.
Wife and mom to two sweet girls, how does she retain her eternal optimism? "I workout 3-4 days/week, put on a good playlist and work out my frustration. It's also important to find time to unwind and be away from social media," adding, "I think you really have to have a thick skin in this industry and be confident in who you are."
