Melissa Ziogas, owner of Nibble and its sister store The Raspberry and Rose, specializes in stocking the finest products, many of which are made in the USA, including her own creations such as beer breads and muffin mixes.
“I’ve raised three children and a hungry husband, and I’ve spent years refining the formulas for our house brand,” says Melissa. “Everyone in my family has different preferences, so when I would find something that everyone enjoyed, I knew I was on to something. And trust me, toddlers and teenagers can be brutally honest when it comes to food.”
In addition to her own line of products, Melissa stocks a full selection of spices, sauces, rubs, baking mixes, jams and cocktail mixes in addition to culinary tools and accessories such as towels, dishes, serving ware, and gadgets.

We’ll be sampling holiday appetizers and goodies and previewing holiday décor and sampling dishes for my favorite time of year. I just adore the holidays! Starting with Thanksgiving, there’s just something really special and comforting about the holidays in Medina. Our town square looks like something from a Victorian postcard. I just love it.”
