Franklin's culinary scene continues to explode in large part due to new restaurants that offer everything from locally brewed beer to specialty breakfast dishes. Discover these four new hot spots that bring dining to a whole new level.
Curio Brewing Company – 216 Noah Drive
The guys at Curio Brewing Company are brewing more than one way. Not only do David and Alex brew four of their own originally crafted beers, but they also roast and brew their own coffee and specialty coffee products. From IPAs to cold brews, they’re behind every step of both processes. The taproom also hosts a variety of other craft beers brewed locally in Middle Tennessee.
Vui’s Kitchen – 1201 Liberty Pike, Suite 113
If you enjoy fresh Vietnamese cuisine, Vui’s Kitchen is prepared to meet your needs. With no frying and no MSG, dishes are healthy while still being delicious and satisfying. Vui’s Kitchen offers authentic summer rolls, traditional pho noodle soup, and their signature banh mi sandwich all in a chic, comfortable atmosphere.
Just Love Coffee Café - 4301 Aspen Grove Drive, Suite 138
Combine coffee and delicious food with community, and you get Just Love Coffee Café at McEwen. Former Tennessee Titan Keith Bullock is a new café owner bringing his cause to the coffee business. You can enjoy a drip coffee and artisan waffle in a quaint café while helping
raise awareness for adoption and foster care initiatives. Don’t forget to grab a pound of your favorite roast and a Just Love Coffee t-shirt on your way out.
Kate & Lulu’s Kitchen – 158 Front Street, Suite 110 – COMING SOON
Soon to open in the Westhaven community, Kate and Lulu’s Kitchen is on its way to bringing a southern breakfast with a Texas spin to Franklin. Owners and Texas natives Jacob and Laurie Starkey are working hard to perfect their new menu. Pastries, omelets, and sausage and cheese kolaches are just some of the dishes we will soon be able to enjoy.
