Instructions:
Build the cocktail in a rocks glass.
Add 5 dashes of orange bitters
And 1/4 ounce of *simple syrup
Fill rocks glass with ice
Add 2 ounces of bourbon or rye (Preferably a Bluegrass Barrel Pick that you can buy at either Bluegrass Lounge locations)
Add 1/4 ounce of Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
Stir the cocktail and garnish with orange peel
For Simple Syrup:
Simple syrup can be purchased or made at home. It is equal parts white sugar and boiling water stirred well. After making, put your simple syrup in the refrigerator until chilled. You can always spice up your cocktails by switching up sugars or adding other ingredients after boiling!
