Amy and Duane Browning have loved living in their three-level, five-bedroom, historic home at 304 Upper College Terrace in Frederick. “We were initially drawn to the home because of its beautiful historic architecture, floor plan, and gorgeous yard,” says Amy. This stately home is elegantly updated and sits surrounded by trees and a generous lawn on one of the most desirable streets in Frederick.
