What is your favorite part about building high-end homes?

Building custom homes is an extremely gratifying experience.  All aspects of a project from creative inception to completing the vision have intricate involvement, making each home truly unique for our clients.

What are some industry tips for homeowners?

The earlier you engage a builder the more successful your project will be. A credible development company will help guide you in finding the right property, creating idyllic plans, securing required entitlements, and constructing your dream home. A strong builder-client relationship is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful project.

What is your signature style?

We do our best to appeal to the broad market while remaining unique with our signature KOSL touches. While we build everything from traditional to modern estates, the blending of the two as a Transitional finish seems to strike the best balance. Our unique style is quite distinguishable and is constantly evolving based on client preferences.

What are the industry trends right now?

The new luxury is really convenience. Amenities that some consider luxury (radiant floor heat, smart home integration, central vac, wine cellars, etc.) are a standard for us. Blending similar-looking materials to create a uniform feel like a white oak wood floor/millwork accents with silk marble finishes complement each other.

What are you currently working on?

We currently have three custom projects and two spec projects being built in Scarsdale, Rye, and White Plains. Each project varies in magnitude based on client preferences, all of which are distinct in their own way.

What is your favorite part about working in Westchester?

The beauty of Westchester is its diversity and stability. Its renowned reputation is attributed to the various characteristics and enhancements of different Towns which we are proud to be a part of.
