Women Connect has brought business owners together for over six years. Lucy Miller, founder and CEO, recognized the value of connection and built a company that equips and inspires through local chapter meetings, workshops and more.
In 2022, Women Connect brought those powerful networking opportunities and inspirational resources to the big stage and created a transformative annual tradition: Women Connect LIVE.
Miller says, “At its core, Women Connect LIVE is one day where women in business stop doing everything alone.”
This year, the event is at The Factory at Franklin, and the theme is “extraordinary.”
“Here's what I believe: every woman in that room is already extraordinary … So this theme isn't about becoming something you're not. It's about recognizing what's already there and leaning further into it with the tools, the community, and the permission to actually own it, ” explains Miller.
On October 23, women will gather and hear from powerful speakers like five-time Olympic gold medalist Missy Franklin Johnson, Hannah Betts, Mignon Francois and more. The sessions and panels will blend honest conversations and high-powered strategy — so every woman walks away encouraged and equipped.
The impact of Women Connect LIVE extends beyond event day. Local chapters meet monthly throughout the greater Nashville area and beyond, including in Sumner County and Mt. Juliet, allowing connections to deepen before and after the conference.
Miller says, “What I've watched, year after year, is connection that goes past a handshake and a business card. Real relationships. Referrals. Friendships that outlast the conference by years. That's the whole reason Women Connect exists — and every time I watch it happen again in that room, it confirms we're doing exactly what we set out to do.”
