Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. peach nectar
- 1/2 oz. Colorado honey
- 1 1/2 oz. reposado tequila
- 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- Ice
- 8 oz. Prosecco
- Palisade Peach slices
- 2 small chunks honeycomb (optional)
Directions:
- In a small heatproof bowl, microwave nectar and honey, stirring occasionally, until honey is dissolved, about 20 seconds. This can also be done on the stove with a small saucepan.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine nectar mixture, tequila, and lemon juice. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.
- Divide cocktail between glasses. Top off with Prosecco. Garnish with Palisade Peach slices and honeycomb (if using).
