Bringing Community Together Through TbKO Park Workout Series

Over the last 8 months CKB Fitness has been bringing their signature TbKO virtual workout format to homes hoping to safely bring the community together during these unique times. 

CKB Fitness LIVESTREAM videos were created out of a need and passion for fitness during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic.  "We found ourselves, like many others, unable to do the things we loved to do, like teach in our gyms, workout, and unite with our fitness family!"

Their free Livestream workout videos allowed CKB to share their passion for fitness with the community in a way that was safe and inspiring. As temperatures grew warmer,  CKB started their TbKO Park Tour.  This high-energy, innovative tour will continue through the month of November!   Be sure to join them as they close out the year in "fitness, health, strength & love!"

TbKO (Totalbody Knock Out) is CKB Fitness' signature format!  This 60 minute class consists of three 20 minute rounds of cardio-boxing, HIIT & Strength Training.  You get an amazing calorie burn, with options for ALL fitness levels in this format!  For more information, check out their website at www.totalbodyknockout.com.

Cardio-boxing pairs boxing technique with cardiovascular training to increase the heart rate and give your body a TOTAL workout!  In TKO, we box for 10 minutes at the start of each 20 minute round.

HIIT is designed to get your heart rate up!  This high intensity interval training lasts for about 3 minutes right after we box, within each 20 minute round, and may consist of exercises like burpees, jumping jacks and knee tucks.

Seven minutes of Strength Training finishes each 20 minute block within our TKO format, bringing the heart rate down and focusing on different muscle groups within each 20 minute round.
