Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chickpea or oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter
  • 1 ripened banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries mashed
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • Cream cheese for topping

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 345 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

  3. Spray silicone cupcake pan with cooking spray. If you’re using a regular cupcake pan, insert paper cupcake liners and spray liners with cooking spray.

  4. Spoon mixture evenly into the pan, almost to the top.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Pupcakes are done when a toothpick inserted in the top comes out clean.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.

  7. Top with cream cheese or peanut butter and put your dog’s favorite bone on top.

  8. Remove pupcake from the paper liners before giving to dog.

  9. Store in refrigerator.
