Becky and Cheston Williams, of Peace Love and Little Donuts of Brentwood, talked about having their own business someday but were not actively looking. Both Becky and Cheston are Williamson County residents.

Cheston had traveled to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, for work and saw the original location of Peace Love and Little Donuts. The sign outside advertising maple bacon donuts drew him in.  After seeing the concept and trying the donuts, he immediately thought:  “This would do great where we live."

“The nostalgia of getting donuts before church and with my family," says Becky, “plus that there are not any good donut places in the area was another factor in deciding to pursue opening Peace Love and Little Donuts.”

Peace Love and Little Donuts makes 36 different variety of flavors from "Groovy" (powdered, sugar, cinnamon) to "Far-Out" (raspberry, vanilla, chocolate, banana) and finally "Funkadelic" (apple pie, cinnamon roll, s'mores, fruity pebbles).

Cheston is a software engineer, and Becky is a registered dietitian. Someone may be thinking, wow, a dietitian owns a donut place. “Yes I do," says Becky, "and I believe that ALL foods fit."
