Skip the sandwich but enjoy all the flavors of this healthy and protein-rich (a whopping 18 grams of protein!) smoothie. Blend together Greek yogurt, spinach, strawberries and peanut butter for a nod to the timeless peanut butter and jelly. If peanut butter isn't your thing, you can substitute any seed or nut butter you prefer and it will be just as delicious.

Ingredients:
½ cup low-fat milk
1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup frozen banana slices (about 1 medium banana)
½ cup frozen strawberries and/or blueberries
1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter (can substitute powdered peanut butter if you like)
1 – 2 teaspoons honey or agave nectar (optional)
Ice
Directions: Add milk and yogurt to a blender, then add spinach, banana, strawberries, peanut butter, ice and honey (if using); blend until smooth.
