Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked Oatmeal
- 1 large Banana
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 Tablespoons All-Purpose flour
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, mix banana and peanut butter until smooth.
- Using a blender, grind your oats into a powder form.
- Add 1 ½ cup of uncooked oatmeal and mix until combined. As you combine, the mixture should begin to adhere to itself in a ball form. The texture should be tacky; if it is too sticky, add the remaining ground oats until consistency is met.
- Add 2 Tablespoons of All-Purpose flour to your surface and lightly dust your hands.
- Roll out and hand flatten your mixture to about ¼ inch thickness.
- Cut into desired shapes and place on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake treats for approximately 10 minutes, or until the edges have browned.
- Cool completely before serving.
