You're never too young or too old for anything!  

March marked Women’s History Month - a time to celebrate and honor the contributions of women throughout history and the present day. As we commemorate the amazing women who have paved the way, it's also essential to recognize the women in our lives who inspire and empower us daily. Today, I'd like to spotlight my wife for being, a God-fearing woman, an awesome mother of three, my ride-or-die and at the age of 45 for competing in a fitness show.  

Her journey started twelve weeks out, with a consistent diet, working out five days a week, with minimal cardio. Below is her daily core routine to get those abs bikini ready!

1. Leg Lifts

2. Feet up knees bent crunches

3. Side Plank oblique dips R/L

4 . Bicycles

Complete all four exercises for thirty reps each, this is one round. Try and complete four full rounds
