What does style mean to you and how would you describe your style?
My style is more than just clothing—it's an extension of who I am. It's a powerful way for me to communicate without words, allowing others to sense and understand me before I even introduce myself. I don't follow trends; instead, I dress in what makes me feel my best. It's my unique statement of individuality and a celebration of personal comfort and expression.
A fresh start to the year is a great way to focus on health. How do you incorporate a healthy lifestyle into your day-to-day routine?
"Maintaining a healthy lifestyle in the midst of daily routines can be challenging. That's why I've adopted a 21-day reset practice, a habit I've put into practice since the birth of my first son, 13 years ago. This routine helps me recalibrate and refocus on wellness, providing a much-needed break to reset my body and mind.
Incorporating this reset into my routine, at least once or twice a year, has been my way of prioritizing my well-being amidst life's demands. It's not just about physical health; it's about recentering mentally and emotionally as well. This practice has become a cornerstone of how I manage to maintain a healthier lifestyle despite life's busyness.

“Health and wellness has always been a priority for us and that’s what led Whitney (my wife) and I to open CycleBar Stamford. I’m inspired every day by the impact we are making on our riders’ physical and mental well-being. Even more gratifying is seeing the friendships that have formed in our studio on and off the bike as we have built a powerful community.”
