Smiles are incredibly powerful, and I find myself awestruck at the insightfulness of Danzie’s message. When a person smiles, their brain releases chemicals that make them feel happy. Smiling also makes other people feel happy because we have a subconscious tendency to match the moods of those around us. But that’s just the beginning.

These studies also reveal that self-confident people tend to get better grades, land better jobs, earn more money, and have better personal relationships. Why?
