It’s a family affair at the local business—their sons, Nick and Shea Webb work there, too.
The “all hands on deck” mentality of the Webb family is part of their recipe for success. “We are one whole team,” says Roger.
“Every team member has been trained to work in all aspects of the store. Our focus as a business is providing not only a safe environment for our team and neighbors—but one that makes them happy. Our shared mission is all about the well-being of pets.”
Most of the team has plenty of experience in the pet care industry, not to mention the menagerie of personal pets the Webb family has owned and cared for over the years.
“We’ve had a Golden Retriever, Labrador Retriever, Japanese Akita, two Yorkshire Terriers, a Lhasa Apso, a few birds, too many reptiles, a Leopard Tortoise for over 20 years, and one Pomeranian that is still barking to this day!” recalls Roger.
“Pets can bring your family together to care for an animal just like you would care for one another—because pets are family.”
That valuable firsthand experience has helped the family build their business while expertly guiding friends and neighbors to choose the perfect products for their pets.
“One of our goals is to be recognized by neighbors as the ‘first choice for supplying the highest quality products, services, and value with honesty, compassion, and knowledge, as well as a mutual concern for the health and well-being of their animals,” says Roger.
“We do things right the first time to ensure our neighbors get what they need as efficiently as possible. We make sure everyone is offered help with their products out the door, and keep our shelves organized so our customers can easily find what they’re looking for,” he says.
