Natural Sweet Potato Dog Snacks
No matter how old your doggie is, those big “puppy” eyes can be nearly impossible to ignore. If you’re one of those folks who’ve been enjoying getting creative in the kitchen since spending more time at home, we have a treat recipe that both you and your pup will enjoy. These sweet potato snacks are loaded with vitamins A and C, potassium, calcium and iron. They benefit dogs’ muscles, nerves, eyes, skin and coat. With its anti-inflammatory properties, the cinnamon sprinkle used in this recipe is also great for dogs, helping to manage joint pain and reduce swelling, particularly in aging pups with arthritis or muscle soreness. As always, consult with your local veterinarian if you have any questions or concerns about your fur babies’ health.
