Our very own Beltran's Grill mixologist and bar manager, Mike Fetrow, teaches us how to make a sparkly Valentine's Day drink at home for that special someone.
Equipment:
- Shaker Tin
- 2 Tall Collins Glasses
- 2 Saucer-style plates (or a Rimmer Dish)
- Jigger
Ingredients:
- Ice
- Blanco Tequila
- Pomegranate Juice
- Lime Juice
- Agave Syrup
- Edible Glitter
- Rock Salt
- Lemon-Lime Soda
- Valentine’s Day Candy of Choice
Directions:

Fill your shaker tin halfway with ice.

Add the following ingredients:

1.5 oz Blanco tequila

1.5 oz pomegranate juice

1 oz lime juice
-
0.5 oz agave syrup

3 shakes edible glitter

Place the lid on the shaker and shake until the tin is cold.

Prepare your empty glass with a rock salt rim by pouring lime juice in one saucer and rock salt in the other.

Twirl the glass rim in juice and then immediately in rock salt.
- Pour the entire contents from your shaker tin into your rimmed Collins glass.

Top with lemon-lime soda.

Garnish with Valentine’s Day candy.

Rinse and repeat!
