Experience the New, Instagrammable Pop Up Bar

"Old Town Scottsdale is an incredibly unique area that offers pretty much everything, but the one thing it’s missing is a bar that continuously surprises customers," says Ben Foreman, co-owner of the new Pop Up Bar in Scottsdale. "Pop Up Bar allows us to move with the trends and demands of our customers. We executed a business model that will never go stale and keep people guessing when it comes to decor, drinks, and the menu."

The one-of-a-kind concept, which opened last month, is an experiential establishment that will continuously change its concept throughout the year.

"Pop-ups have become increasingly popular across the country, but Pop Up Bar is completely different because it’s a permanent location with an ever-changing theme," Foreman explains. "Our overall goal was to keep people on their toes. Whether they’re local or visiting, they can always expect something new at the same location."

The initial theme is 50 Shades of Rosé, and features original art installations that bring the building to life; a blush bar with unique combinations of colors, textiles, and fabrics that transform the space; a curated bar; and a scratch kitchen with a seasonal menu.

"We spared no expense when it comes to details, including tens of thousands of flowers that cover the walls, a unique piano that serves as a focal point, as well as an incredibly gorgeous bar with quartz countertops and pink blush tiles that give off Garden of Eden vibes. Our original drinks are whimsical and fit the decor, while our brunch menu is sure to impress. Let’s just say we did everything in our power to make sure this place is always buzzin’," says Justin Massey, co-owner.
