Your team has funded over $1.4 billion in loans in the last 5 years. What strategies have you implemented to achieve this level of success, and how do they benefit your clients?
“Our strategy to help buyers win offers is very simple. First, we help clients determine their maximize buying power at the very beginning of the process. We then collect all the financial data so we can get their loan into our Express Underwriting Program- Call our Power Bid Approval. This will show the listing agent and sellers that their offer is the equivalent of a cash offer, and the buyer will have no issues getting their loan closed. Once clients receive their accepted offer, we will provide them multiple loan options that will fit both their short term and long terms. “
You've been highlighted for your attention to detail and ability to close transactions swiftly, sometimes in as little as nine days. How does this efficiency impact the overall home buying experience for your clients?
“Now more than ever its important to pay attention to ever detail. Sellers are looking to close much more quickly than in years past. 5 Years ago, most contracts would have 45-60 Day closing window. Due to our expansion in technology and our Power Bid Approval- we are seeing clients much quicker- contracts are now being done with 15-30 Day closing. The fastest we have been able to close a client is 9 days which is the legal amount of time a lender can close that client getting a mortgage.”
