The Halloween Festival at the Castle of Muskogee is held on Fridays and Saturdays, September 30 through October 29, 2022. Matt Hiller, Vice President at The Castle said, “We have been working hard to ensure top thrills for visitors of all ages. After the gates open at 5:30 p.m., our street character crew begins the evening dancing to Thriller, Time Warp, Nightmare before Christmas, and more.”

The newest event is Jester’s Revenge in the Castle Cave. Becky White, General Manager cautioned, “Gather your wits before entering this haunt with Boardwalk Fun House vibes, a heavy dose of Sinister Clown, and terrors of the jesters who reside in this abandoned fun house.”

They’ve added a second train to reduce lines. “The best way to avoid lines is purchasing tickets online at OKCastle.com,” Matt emphasized. “The Adventure Pack and Fright Combo bundles are for guests who plan to visit multiple haunts.”

The Adventure Pack is geared toward family fun and includes haunts such as the Haunted Hayride and Castle Train. The scarier Fright Combo provides access to haunts like Casa Morte and Domus Horrificus. The bundles are discounted when purchased online.

Utilize the Castle’s Skull Rating when selecting a haunt or combo.

1 Skull = Fall Fun.

2 Skulls = Family approved and a little scary.

3 Skulls = Not recommended for small children.

4 Skulls = Not recommended for children.

5 Skulls = Consider yourself warned!

The Halloween Festival also includes a fortune teller, various vendors, and plenty of food and drink including homemade root beer.

Parking and admission are free but tickets are required for the various haunts. Visit OKCastle.com for additional information, tickets, and details on pricing, mask policy, hours, and unaccompanied minors. The Castle is located at 3400 W Fern Mountain Road in Muskogee, OK.
