Fill Up Your Tank Daily
Start each day with intention. Crystal recommends a blend of practical and spiritual steps to nourish both your body and mind:
- Morning prayer, scripture reading, and worship
- Sunlight exposure and a 30-minute walk
- Breathwork and lymphatic drainage
- Eating high-protein meals and staying hydrated
- Daily exercise and quality rest

Pursue Your Passion
When life feels like a constant grind, reconnect with what excites and energizes you. "Find what lights you up and make time for it," Crystal says. When passion is combined with practical self-care, burnout becomes less likely, and success becomes more achievable.
Set Boundaries
To avoid burnout, you must take control of your time. Crystal emphasizes the importance of setting boundaries, whether at work or in your personal life. "Schedule intentional breaks, vacations, and time for family, nature, or hobbies," she advises. By keeping a clear line between work and personal time, you can give each part of your life your full attention.
Taking Action
If you’re already deep into burnout, don’t worry—there’s hope. Crystal encourages you to start implementing these steps, even if it feels difficult. “It’s important to prioritize self-care, passion, and boundaries, then give yourself permission to rest and heal.”
