Rescuing, rehabilitating, training, and re-homing abandoned, and neglected, animals is a promise kept by San Juan Capistrano-based Promise 4 Paws. This outstanding non-profit organization is run by an all-volunteer board, with excellent training support provided by Luciana Fraenkel from The OC Pack (theocpack.com).
Working closely with veterinarians and foster families throughout the community, Promise 4 Paws took in and adopted out over 100 animals in the first three months of this year alone. The organization works non-stop, tirelessly raising funds to cover extensive medical costs, training, boarding, and supplies for the animals in their care.
