'Real Estate Done Right'

The Women Of Duke Collective Lead The Way

These Duke Collective, Inc., real estate experts state their commitment to client satisfaction is unwavering.

Shelli Anderson, REALTOR

As both a licensed REALTOR and attorney, Shelli uses her honed negotiation skills, real estate knowledge and contractual expertise to help individuals and business owners buy, sell or lease residential, commercial/retail real estate. She's bi-lingual, so loves helping English- or Spanish-speaking clients.

"I know the partnership with my clients is rooted in mutual respect, shared objectives and open communication, so I prioritize clients' wants and needs, while leveraging my knowledge of the local real estate market and experience to help them make well-informed decisions," she explains. "I consider it my responsibility, and absolute pleasure, to offer clients the most valuable service, information and guidance I possibly can."

Shelli and her husband have three children and one slightly spoiled dog, Archie, in Bargersville. Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, traveling, wine tasting, baking, reading and volunteering.

Anna Clow, REALTOR

Empathizing with clients going through notable transitions, such as moving, comes naturally to Anna, who not long ago transitioned from solely practicing as a physician assistant to also working in real estate. She and her family of five also moved from downtown Indianapolis to Bargersville, and most recently to Nineveh within a house they're renovating.

"Working in real estate gives me flexibility, and I truly enjoy assisting others who also are going through seasons of change due to occupations, faith or family circumstances," says the Indiana native who deals primarily in residential properties.

Anna says buying and selling homes can appear overwhelming at times to most people. "But Duke Collective is a great group to be a part of. Our hope is to serve clients by leaning into the trusted experience of Duke Collective while also using what we've learned in each of our own life transitions to help our clients in theirs."

Among her other interests, Anna cites spending time with her family, hiking, exploring new places and running. "And I'll drive out of the way for a good cup of coffee."

Lindsey Duke

As a mother of four daughters and one son, Lindsey knows time management and goal setting is essential to both business and personal goals. In fact, she homeschools her children while also supporting her husband, Jake, and the Duke Collective team by assisting with events for the real estate brokerage.

"In real estate, you get to interact with and meet different people, which is always so enjoyable to grow those meaningful relationships with neighbors in our greater community," she says. "There's no greater hands to be in within the real estate world than with Duke Collective."

Lindsey is a former Indianapolis Colts cheerleader and Indiana native who enjoys their family farmstead.

Amy Keizers, REALTOR

With 10 years in the real estate industry, Amy relishes helping clients find their dream homes and secure solid investments. "Whether someone's a first-time homebuyer, a seasoned investor or wanting to sell, I personalize my approach to guide clients every step of the way," she says.

Amy lives in Greenwood with her husband and their three children. While attending Liberty University, she studied communications. After graduation, Amy moved back to her hometown and embarked on an outdoor advertising career. She believes her sales background, marketing achievements and worldwide interactions have given her an understanding of diverse customer needs and adjusting strategies for different markets.

"Connecting people within a community, a home and with others is not just a skill, it's my true calling," Amy says.

In her spare moments, she likes spending time with family and friends; listening to podcasts and audiobooks; going to Orangetheory Fitness; and completing home improvement projects.

Liz Salsgiver, REALTOR

As an Indiana native and book enthusiast, Liz says she developed a deep appreciation and passion for the regional community. "With a background in customer service, sales and counseling, I have skills that translate well in the real estate environment," she assures.

Whether clients are buying or selling a home, she says she commits to listening, communicating well, problem-solving and providing her expertise to help them make the best decisions.

"I strive to minimize any stress the home buying and/or selling process may bring by quickly responding to questions and keeping clients fully informed each step of the way," says Liz, who lives with her husband in Fishers.

At Duke Collective, she adds that they place a high value on teamwork, and are committed to working together to ensure all clients have positive experiences.
