Recharge and Relax in 2023

The Latest in Relaxation and Wellness

If the holiday season has left you tired and stressed, and you are eager to start 2023 feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, Carissa Krupski is ready to help. The owner of MassageLuXe in Chandler shares her views on this year’s health and wellness advances—as well as how she can help at MassageLuXe.

Krupski predicts that 2023 will be especially busy as more people than ever look for innovative approaches to their health and well-being.

“As the world is opening up again, I feel there has been a surge in the demand for health and wellness solutions—something that was too often neglected by people during the pandemic,” she says. “In many ways, massage has become medicine. Therapeutic massage and skin health treatments are no longer a luxury, but are now a proven method of self-care that leads to better health, pain management, and overall improvements to well-being.”

At MassageLuXe, Krupski and her team of licensed massage therapists and estheticians offer various types of massages and facials designed to help people feel and look better.

“Massage therapy can relieve stress and anxiety, which improves your mental health and well-being. Additionally, therapeutic massage provides pain management and relief for people suffering from numerous ailments and chronic conditions,” she says. “As for our facials, they are customized to each person’s skin type and the results they are looking for.”

For example, most of the facials at MassageLuXe use a seaweed-based product called Repechage, which Krupski says is both gentle and effective.

“If you can get into the ocean, you can use these products,” she says. “We also have a Hydromassage table in a separate room, located near the lobby, for our clients to use before, after, or in between services. It is a water-filled mattress and has jets that are adjustable, so people can feel both the heat and pressure without having to get undressed.”

Recently, Krupski and her team added the HydraFacial and CBD facials to their lineup of services. Recent additions to massage include Himalayan stones and cold stones, as well as a CBD add-on.

“We are always on the lookout for the latest services and products to bring to our clients,” she says.

No matter which services her clients come in for, whether it’s a massage, facial, or waxing, Krupski says they will all get to experience MassageLuXe’s luxurious atmosphere, including spacious treatment rooms.

“One of the things that helps MassageLuXe to stand out is that we have a variety of providers in order to meet everyone’s needs,” she says, adding that she and her team are also devoted to offering outstanding customer service in a family atmosphere.

“We truly pride ourselves on delivering quality, consistent experiences with every service. I believe strongly that my team is the heart and soul of my business and what sets us apart from the competition.”

Ensuring clients are educated on the many benefits of massage therapy and skin care is also essential to Krupski and her team.

When they are finished with their appointment, Krupski says customers can enjoy shopping for skin care and other products to use and enjoy at home.

“We offer the Finchberry line of products, including soaps, salt soaks, bath balms, and hand lotions, as well as our CBD line, Plant Love. We also sell tiger balm, Biofreeze Professional Strength, and essential oils,” she says.

Looking ahead to the rest of 2023, Krupski says she is excited to continue to research and add to the number of quality services MassageLuXe offers.
