Ingredients:
- 2 cups water or unflavored coconut water
- 1 cup packed spinach leaves
- 1 small (or half) cucumber peeled and seeded
- 1 half garlic clove smashed
- 1/2 green apple, cored
- 1 small ripe avocado, without pit or skin
- 2 half lemon peeled
- Optional: handful of mint leaves (highly suggested)
- Optional: 1 small fresh or frozen banana (Editor’s suggestion)
Note: You can use 1 cup ice and 1 cup water instead to make it colder. The frozen banana works, too.
Directions:
Blend spinach, cucumber, lemon, ginger, apple, water, mint, and banana in a blender. Add avocado at the end.
This is so good for your whole body, organs, blood, and over all health.
