"Johnson Heating | Cooling | Plumbing is a full-service home maintenance company focused on providing top-of-the-line residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC services to our customers throughout Central Indiana and the surrounding areas. Whether customers need an immediate plumbing repair, AC replacement or new furnace installation, our specialists are happy to help."

"Craftsmanship, integrity and exceptional service remain our long-term vision, and our mission is 'honest excellence.' Most importantly, I believe in ethical business practices and have made that the foundation of the company. We treat everyone with courtesy, respect and fairness. We focus on solving customers' problems as efficiently as possible. We instill the highest quality equipment, and our goal is to provide the cleanest, freshest and purest air to our customers."
HOW DID YOU GET INVOLVED WITH THIS HOME-RELATED BUSINESS?
"In the summers and on weekends, I grew up in the heating, cooling and plumbing industry, and have spent several decades on both the residential and commercial sides of the industry. I'm the third generation of my family to own this business. And I'm proud to share that my daughter, Caroline [Griesemer] is apprenticing to possibly become the fourth generation to operate it."
WHAT HOBBIES DO YOU MOST ENJOY?
"Being outdoors, hiking, boating and swimming. And I enjoy buying and remodeling homes to perfection."
WHAT COMMUNITY OR NONPROFIT PROGRAMS DO YOU SUPPORT?
"I'm very proud that we invest heavily in our community. Through staff time and sponsorships, such as for the Greenwood Public Library and Girls Inc. of Franklin, we support a variety of programs and initiatives focused on children, education and historical preservation. We sponsor groups as well as provide in-kind, complimentary services.
Our company vehicles are covered with a distinctive American flag pattern. We're unapologetically patriotic, and love to march in community parades and support our troops and veterans.
By using Johnson Comfort, our customers are helping support Folds of Honor because we donate a portion of our service calls to this organization. Folds of Honor is an American nonprofit that provides educational scholarships to the spouses and children of military members who were killed or disabled while serving the country."
WHAT COMPANY ATTRIBUTES STAND OUT?
"We handpick our employees through an exhaustive process, which includes background checks and them being licensed. We're dedicated to continuing education by having sessions every week for both communications and technical training.
We actually run an inhouse apprenticeship school for both males and females who want to work with their hands, and to learn how to parlay that into a career. We're always shaping and molding ourselves into better specialists."
