From Alys Beach, Florida

Alys Beach is a seaside community located along the Gulf of Mexico on Florida’s panhandle coast, six miles east of Seaside on the scenic Highway 30A. It's a new urban community that combines the harmonious forms of Bermudan architecture with the character of courtyard living. According to their website, the vision for Alys Beach embraces a commitment to architectural excellence and a deep respect for the natural environment. The Gannon family recently purchased a condo there.
