Nestled within the prestigious Circle G Riggs Ranch neighborhood in Chandler, this incredible home has undergone a complete transformation designed by the TomKat design team. For many months, we worked with our clients to locate a new home for their family. They were hoping for a custom home on an acre lot but it was difficult to find the right property. At one point in the process, they decided to stay in their current home and have our design team update that home. Right before we started demo on their former home, the perfect property popped up on the market in one of the most highly coveted neighborhoods in our area, but it needed a full-scale update. As we toured the home, our design team talked through all of the possibilities of renovating each space and helped our clients envision how incredible the home could be.
Fast-forward to six months later, and they moved into their fully remodeled dream home in their dream neighborhood. The design process was led by lead designer Lisa Sroufe from our talented TomKat team and construction completed by Prestwick Custom Homes.
