- 18 button mushrooms
- 18 button mushrooms stems, finely chopped
- 1 cup cooked sausage
- 8 oz of cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
- Stuff mushrooms.
- Cook at 350 for 7 to 8 minutes.
