Rosebrooke Offers Luxury Homes in Brentwood

"Our vision for Rosebrooke is to develop a luxury community where beautiful and livable homes coupled with premier resort-style amenities create an environment that fosters neighborly interaction and creates lasting family memories," Mike Ford, co-developer and president/owner of Ford Classic Homes.

A new, first-class neighborhood is on the way for those interested in a Brentwood address. Previously a horse farm, the Rosebrooke development will maintain the idyllic natural beauty of the pastoral land while constructing elegant, classic custom homes. Rosebrook is inspired by Witherspoon, the first community created by Ford Classic Homes and CPS Land, LLC. There are less than 20 homesites left there, and the Rosebrooke developers believe Brentwood needs another community with luxury homes of that caliber.

Amenities on offer at Rosebrooke - adult and children’s pools, clubhouse, an event lawn, and walking and bike trails - will be ready by the summer of 2024 and will create a sense of community amongst neighbors. With a Builder’s Guild of seven to ensure tight architectural control, nothing will be commonplace about this development. Everything will be specialized and unique with painstaking detail and a lovely cohesive flow.

Rosebrooke hosted the 2022 Parade of Homes and featured six houses. Only two are left on the market. Two Parade Home designers share their expectations for design trends in 2023, all of which were featured in the Parade Homes and all of which can be incorporated into any Rosebrooke home.

“Warm, inviting, and livable are three design elements I see being increasingly important in 2023.  This year, warmer tones are gaining popularity for interiors, and a departure from the gray and cooler tones is trending. Layered textures within a modern home, such as the Parade House Bella Vita Interiors designed for Ford Classic Homes in Rosebrooke, make a space feel curated, which is what clients request. Integrating earthy color palettes and natural materials in both the building and furnishing details allows for a connection to be established between the Interior and outdoor living spaces. Easy access from the home's interior to the porches, pool, and patio areas make a home feel even more spacious and is an important element of any design plan.”

“One of the biggest shifts we are seeing in the design industry is the push towards warmer tones for interiors; rich wood tones like hickory and walnut are showing up in a big way in flooring, cabinetry, and furniture. We also see deeply pigmented brown tones replacing the cooler greys and high-contrast black and white for interiors and exteriors alike. One of my personal favorites is the boldly veined marbles that are popping up in a variety of hues—violet, emerald, and crimson are a few of the favorites we have been pinning to all of our inspiration boards for 2023!
