The Rosemary Maple Latte

Carol Blanchet from Talking Crow Roasters shared one of her favorite fall drinks with us! This delicious and refreshing drink can be made hot or cold and pairs beautifully with their rich blends of decaf espresso. Ingredients:

1-2 Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary

1 Tablespoon Real Maple Syrup

2 Shots Decaf Espresso

(We recommend the Talking Crow's Ozark Goodness Blend)

Your Milk of Choice

Ice

Directions:

Remove the rosemary leaves from the stem and place them in your glass of choice. Pour freshly brewed Talking Crow Decaf Espresso over the top of the rosemary leaves and let steep for five to ten minutes. The longer you let it steep the richer the flavor will be.

After you have let the flavor of rosemary incorporate into the espresso, you can strain it into a pretty glass. Then add the tablespoon of Maple Syrup. Next adding in your milk of choice to about 2/3 or ¾ full. Stir! Add ice to the top.

Sip and Enjoy!
