A Seafood Experience

Salt & Smoke Adds to Chandler's Dining Scene

Salt & Smoke, a Mesquite Seafood Grill, opened in Downtown Ocotillo in November 2020.

The restaurant, which is an offspring of Tom Kaufman’s Hospitality Co-op, LLC family—which includes The Living Room Wine Cafe & Lounge, CHoP Chandler, and Rock Lobster—is already attracting a loyal following of diners who are hungry for fresh seafood.

The kitchen is under the direction of Corporate Executive Chef Christopher George, who joined the restaurant group last January following a 21-year career with Roy’s Brands.

“We are offering a delicious and elevated seafood experience in Chandler, and Chef George has nailed our vision,” Kaufman says.

Salt & Smoke offers the freshest available, hand-selected seafood, which is butchered in-house, as well as a variety of tasty beverages. SaltAndSmokeChandler.com
