Georgia’s rich forestland, Governor Kemp, and five former governors have been jointly honored in a series of original paintings by talented SCAD painting students.
In a special ceremony at the state capitol, SCAD students presented tree portraits commissioned by the Georgia Forestry Commission in honor of Georgia Arbor Day to honor Georgia Governors' legacy in trees.
SCAD SERVE VP Scott Linzey, SCAD Painting Students, Gov Brian Kemp, First Lady Marty Kemp, Former governor Nathan Deal and GFC Director Johnny Sabbo attended to celebrate the work.
