As CEO of Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electric, Josh Charlton strives to create an environment where customer satisfaction is top priority. He also understands that this concept finds its foundations within the culture of a company. “I have a passion for making sure that people get what they need and get a service that is above expectations,” he shares. “I believe that when people want to come to work and like being there, that passes on to the people that they service on a daily basis.”

Cultivating such an environment begins with casting a clear vision. “Our core focus is helping people live with peace of mind by providing a premier customer experience for home services in the front range. Our core values are integrity, accountability, service, teamwork, and growth,” explains Josh. “That means we do what we say, tell the truth to our customers and to each other, even when it's a hard conversation to have, and we are going to own our results, no excuses.”

As a full-service company, Heart can service an entire home, covering plumbing, electrical, sewer, and HVAC needs. “So rather than having to find somebody else that you can trust in an industry that has such a high complaint rate, you know that you can trust us and that we're going to be there and we're going to be able to keep it all under one umbrella,” shares Josh.

In addition to taking excellent care of customers, the team at Heart prioritizes giving back to the community. “Every year, we participate in the Feel the Love Program based on nominations from the community of people in need,” says Josh. “Last year, we were able to provide a full HVAC system and a panel upgrade for a lady in her eighties, free to her.”

The company also participates in other outreach such as the annual Heart Walk sponsored by the American Heart Association, monthly community events, and a program to provide water heaters for veterans. “We're here because of the trust the community has in us, and we want to invest back into the community,” shares Josh. "We want people in the community to know that whatever it is, we want to be there for them because we care about them and the community.”
