The Lychee Fizz
Glass: Highball
Ingredients:
● 2 oz vodka or gin
● 1 oz lychee syrup
● 3 oz prosecco
● Seltzer, to top
● Mint sprig, for garnish
● Lychee berries, for garnish
● Ice
Method:
1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Add vodka or gin and lychee syrup.
3. Top with prosecco and a splash of seltzer.
4. Gently stir to combine.
5. Garnish with a mint sprig and lychee berries.
Strawberry Basil Martini
Glass: Martini
Ingredients:
● 2 oz vodka or gin
● ½ oz dry vermouth
● Fresh strawberries
● Fresh basil leaves
● Simple syrup, optional
● Ice
Method:
1. Fill a martini glass with ice to chill; set aside.
2. In a shaker, gently muddle strawberries and basil with a dash of simple syrup (if using).
3. Add vodka or gin and dry vermouth.
4. Add ice and shake well.
5. Double strain into the chilled martini glass.
6. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
